The MBA Department of SRM Business School, Lucknow, organized a seminar on "Essentials of Soft Skills" under the banner of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) on 28th September 2024. The expert speaker for the event was Col. (Retd) Sanjay Tripathi, a Certified Corporate and Soft Skills Trainer, who shared his extensive knowledge on the importance of soft skills in the modern professional landscape.
The expert lecture began with a warm welcome address by Ms. Ruchita Chauhan, Head of the MBA Department, who emphasized the department's commitment to developing both technical and soft skills in students.

His dynamic presentation covered topics such as effective communication, leadership in the workplace, team dynamics, and emotional intelligence. He further delved into real-life scenarios and shared practical tips on how students can develop these skills to enhance their employability and personal growth. The interactive nature of the session, with students actively participating in discussions and activities, made the session particularly engaging. He also underscored the significance of lifelong learning and continuous self-improvement, encouraging students to actively work on refining their soft skills throughout their careers.
